The mountune Racing full flow fuel rail is machined from aircraft grade 6063 aluminium billet and finished in a black anodised coating. This fuel rail features an O-ring seal between the -6AN fittings at each end.

This replaces the standard Ford component and has the capability of being used in the full flow configuration (as shown in the image below) or can be used as a dead end fuel rail (like the OE configuration).

Benefits of the mountune Racing full flow fuel rail include avoiding vapour-lock which is common when the ambient / under bonnet temperatures are elevated due to being used in a competition environment. The fact that the rail itself is machined from a single piece of aluminium which will be stronger than any fabricated rail especially when the engine has been solid mounted which can cause fabricated rails to fracture due to vibration and harshness.

As used in the mountune Racing prepared MRF Formula 2000 2.0L Duratec engines.
